I bought myself a new TPM 18BS mini X about 2 weeks ago. I Really like it and learning a lot on it. I try to run it for at least an hour every evening after work and can tell getting smoother. I did all the fluids, dropped magnets in the hydraulic tank, installed a flow control valve on the boom and that smoothed life out a lot. Came with a hydraulic cooler installed

On a short list is to fabricate foot pedals to add movement with feet and buy a 30" smooth bucket. But it will all come in time.

This week began a cold stretch of 30 degrees so will miss some evenings.

l look forward to reading up on these things and getting ideas from people on here for mods and such.

Good afternoon folks. I bought a MIVA MV13c to help cleanup around my farm back at the end of March. Finally started using it and noticed yesterday it was leaking hydraulic oil. The leak is at the elbow fitting on the pressure side of the hydraulic pump. I removed the left side of the unit this morning and was able to loosen and tighten the fitting, but I cannot get the hose off it to remove the elbow and inspect the O ring. Any suggestions. I loosed the nut but couldnt get the house to come off the fitting.

I have a new AGT and on the second day I am having issues. This is a brand new model and I can't find much info on it. The manual it came with only addresses the B&G engine. It has a lockout switch that opens a solenoid for the boom hydraulics. After a couple of movements with the boom it stops working. I traced it to this solenoid relay. It has a indicator light that is on when engaged and off when locked. Mine blinks. The switch seems to work fine, that engages this. When I put it in the lock position the light goes out on the relay/solenoid, but when I engage it it goes to blinking rather than solid on. Does anyone know anything about this solenoid and what might be going on. It looks more complicated than just a solenoid.

Thanks for listening!

Hello all. I bought a Ying Fang YFE15 mini excavator with a cab and pilot controls about a month ago. Mine came with a pallet full of attachments and so far its done a good job digging out 2 very large stumps (one was over a ton) in my yard. I have just a couple of issues with this machine but overall its been a fun toy and I have a lot of work on the schedule for it.

Parts are a main concern for me. I have an very thick and fairly thourough owner's manual for it but looking on the internet I can't find anything about Ying Fang excavators. It appears to me that they are marketed in the US as In Front machines. Is this correct?

My machine has the 13.5 horsepower Briggs engine and dual hydraulic pump. I am going to thouroughly enjoy the cab this fall during wood cutting season but this summer it has been a curse. I removed the door and added 2 cooling fans to the engine compartment but they over tax the charging system so I can only run one at a time but that's ok.

When I figure out what machine I have and what sub forum to post under I have a couple of questions concerning hydraulic issues I'm having.

When I purchased my Mini Excavator about 3 months ago, I paid $4,200.00 {new} for it through an auction in southern Wisconsin. since then, I've notice the pricing beginning to drop mostly out of state though. Iowa, Indiana and Minnesota having pricing starting at $3,400.00 (new).

Accessories are also less expensive out of Wisconsin as well. For example; I purchased a 9 piece accessory package including a 12" auger with hydraulic driver, an 8" auger, a rake, a grabber, 8" Bucket w/teeth, 16" bucket, 24"bucket, a quick connect adapter, 2 hydraulic lines and 8 attachment bolts, all for the low price of $800.00 from an auction in Iowa. That same package (2 of them) in an auction in Wisconsin went for $2550.00!

The morel of this story, look at and watch auctions in neighboring states before purchasing. There is a good supply of the mini excavators and accessories at auctions throughout the USA.

I'm Bob from northern Wisconsin and I have recently purchased a Lanty Lat-13 Mini Excavator through an On-Line auction. Since I am pushing 70 and still very active but don't have the endurance of a 20 year old, I decided that an inexpensive mini excavator would do the trick with all the chores I have.
