Mine was held in place with a 10mm coarse thread and they kept working loose even with locktite. So I've rethreaded the chassis holes with 7/16-20 fine thread. Then found the ARP 743-1750 bolts. The bolts have to be cut down but they give you that nice shoulder to fit snug in the 11mm holes in the motor. I fit each bolt individually with a 7/16 adjustable hand reamer taking out as little as possible for each bolt. Not a fun process since the motor goes in and out many times but it's still holding solid after 3 tanks.

I bought myself a new TPM 18BS mini X about 2 weeks ago. I Really like it and learning a lot on it. I try to run it for at least an hour every evening after work and can tell getting smoother. I did all the fluids, dropped magnets in the hydraulic tank, installed a flow control valve on the boom and that smoothed life out a lot. Came with a hydraulic cooler installed

On a short list is to fabricate foot pedals to add movement with feet and buy a 30" smooth bucket. But it will all come in time.

This week began a cold stretch of 30 degrees so will miss some evenings.

l look forward to reading up on these things and getting ideas from people on here for mods and such.

R1-out

I'd like to find a source for hydraulic knowledge for the systems on these. Log splitters and power steering systems are no big deal but... I want to understand the pilot controls and what looks like flow controls etc.

Quality?

I live in Bolivia mountains, next gas station 3 hrs away, sometimes no diesel for a week. Cars are very expensive, about 8 times more expensive because importing used cars (and diggers) forbidden. So I want to buy a electric digger. I have a quiete good solar equipment, electric current is for free for me.

Ecky

Good afternoon folks. I bought a MIVA MV13c to help cleanup around my farm back at the end of March. Finally started using it and noticed yesterday it was leaking hydraulic oil. The leak is at the elbow fitting on the pressure side of the hydraulic pump. I removed the left side of the unit this morning and was able to loosen and tighten the fitting, but I cannot get the hose off it to remove the elbow and inspect the O ring. Any suggestions. I loosed the nut but couldnt get the house to come off the fitting.
